Your Mentor

You can’t change the way you communicate
without connecting more deeply with yourself.

Verginiya Yancheva

My name is Verginiya, you can pronounce it like the state of Virginia. I work with people who, on the outside, seem confident, calm, and organized, but on the inside often struggle with tension, self-doubt, and the feeling that they can’t express things the way they truly feel them - often because they don’t want to disrupt the balance or sound “wrong.”

For over 15 years, I worked as a photographer for established companies in the worlds of fashion, advertising, and cosmetics. I took photos, but that was only the beginning - beneath the surface, there was something much more profound. My real work was to capture not only how a person feels in front of the camera, but also how they will be perceived by the person on the other side. How a single gesture, posture, or even a smile can create a sense of confidence or build an invisible wall between us and those around us.

Answers to questions like: what moves the viewer, what makes them feel uncomfortable or unnatural, and what appears unconvincing in their eyes – became the core focus of my work. Over time, I began to sense not only when a person is truly themselves, but also how that translates in the eyes of others.

My work involved a lot of nonverbal communication, but also plenty of verbal interaction through which I had to guide people, help them relax, and build trust between us so they could show themselves as they truly are.

Naturally, my path shifted from photography to communications, marketing, and the psychology of choice. I became interested not only in how we speak, but why we express ourselves the way we do. What truly lies behind our words – and behind the silence between them.

After many successful years working as an independent professional - both in Bulgaria and abroad, I transitioned into the corporate world.

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes. In my last role, I was responsible for the communication with over 130 firms, creating communication strategies, and training individuals and teams on how to present themselves - to colleagues, to audiences, and on camera. I’ve seen firsthand how even experienced professionals often struggle to say what truly matters. And I’ve helped them do it - to articulate their thoughts clearly, reclaim their voice, and step out of the pattern of automatic communication.

Inspired by the desire to work deeply with people’s inner worlds and help them communicate and express themselves better, I decided to once again follow my own path and create a mentorship practice where authenticity is not only allowed - it is at the core of every change.

Communication freedom cannot exist without inner clarity. That’s why my mentorship always includes personal development - because you can’t change the way you communicate without connecting more deeply with yourself.

In my work today, I support both individual clients and companies that seek a more holistic and genuine way of communicating - one built on clarity, respect, and inner resilience.

I believe that good communication is not just a matter of technique, but of courage, awareness, and respect - both for yourself and for others.
