Through the contact form. Within 24 hours, you will receive back an automatic message with available dates and times from which you can choose the ones that are convenient for you for our free 30min session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens during the free consultation?<\/strong>
During the meeting, you can ask any questions you may have. The goal of mentoring is to help you shorten your path to growth easily and with support. Nothing in our work together is mandatory, so it is very important for me to work with people who have the desire and determination to take the steps. That is why the free consultation is so important. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should I prepare questions in advance? <\/strong>
It would be good to do so to ensure that our 30 minutes are used effectively and that we have enough time.\nYou will be able to send me your questions in the email with the option to pick date and time.

Is mentorship similar to therapy with a psychologist?<\/strong>
In some ways - yes, because we work in a similar one-on-one setting
that requires trust and calmness on both sides.
However, if I sense that therapy or psychological counseling would serve you better than mentorship, I will recommend that you see a psychologist.
I stick to what I know - communication and personal development - while a psychologist can support you with a much broader range of topics.
In the past, I\u2019ve worked in combination with psychologists, and the results have been truly wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you work with behavioral patterns?<\/strong>
My approach is to mix different techniques so they fit the person I\u2019m working with and the specific situation we are discussing or experiencing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can anyone sign up for mentorship?<\/strong>

Do you work with people of different ages and professions?<\/strong>
Yes. I work with people aged 18 to 65+ from various professional fields \u2013 from creative industries to IT, management, and the NGO sector. Our topics vary, but human mechanisms are often similar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

How are the sessions conducted?<\/strong>
Online via Google Meet or, if possible, in person. We arrange times individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I postpone or cancel a session?<\/strong>
Yes, as long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that, the session is considered completed. After the introductory session, you will receive a link for online bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long does it take to see results?<\/strong>
You\u2019ll feel the first changes after 2\u20133 sessions. Sustainable change usually takes 6\u20138 regular sessions, depending on the topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens between sessions?<\/strong>
You\u2019ll receive short tasks, guidance, or reflection questions based on the goals we set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to prepare beforehand?<\/strong>
It\u2019s recommended to have a notebook and pen to track progress. If additional preparation is needed, I will give you guidance after the 30-minute introductory session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I start and realize it\u2019s not for me?<\/strong>
You can quit after the first session. You only pay for that session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens after the package ends?<\/strong>
We can move to another package to set new goals or arrange individual sessions based on your needs. We will discuss the rhythm that works best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are the sessions confidential?<\/strong>
Absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us. Together, we create a space where you can feel safe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n
